Annual site fees are:
€3,500 + IVA for the Sunhome
€4,500 + IVA for the Prestige and Prestige +
Site fee includes Ground rent, site facilities, Solar Electricity allowance, refuse removal, pool and ground maintenance.
Extras not included are: cooking gas where applicable. Drinking water.
