Green Sunhomes operates a fair trade policy and all our paperwork is straightforward and in plain English.
The first step is to pick your preferred location. To secure the plot requires a €99 deposit.
After 7 days you pay a €3,000 confirmation deposit this confirms your purchase and will hold your plot choice for 3 weeks. During which time you decide on your choice of Sunhome. If you should decide not to proceed during these this €3000 will be refunded in full.
Within 30 days the full deposit (30% of the Sunhome purchase price less the €3000 already paid) is to be paid.
1 week prior to completion (6-8 weeks) you will be required to pay the balance of the Sunhome purchase price.
On completion the years ground rent must be paid.
It is our policy to provide bank guarantees for deposits at all times.
